Evan + Brittany + Camden ● by Jess

First things first, if I could quickly direct your attention upwards, to the sexy new bar up at the top of the page. It took me 4 hours to write the code for that little sucker! To be fair, anybody that knows html could probably do it in like 10 minutes... but I'm not that skilled, so I'm pretty stinkin proud of myself. Anyway, I think silent applause is in order....

Yup, that'll do it.
Now let's talk about Camden.

As I mentioned earlier this week, Evan (my friend from high school) and his wife Brittany are in town. I decided to take them up to Camden Market, St. Pancras Station and the Hardy Tree for a little look around. I can't even say how nice it is to connect with someone from your past, especially when you haven't seen them in such a long time.

In high school, Evan and I lived sort of parallel lives... we kept doing things in groups together, but I don't think we ever really developed a personal relationship between the two of us, which I think is a real shame.

Now, nearly a decade on, seeing how happy and in love he and Brittany are... it makes me so excited. Like this kind of vicarious joy I don't even have words for.  It's a very satisfying feeling to know that the people in your past have found their own happiness. Love these two!

The epic giveaway is still on, folks! You have just a few more days to accumulate entries... Hop to it!
